I am looking for a Partner to oversee the whole Operational Efficiency suite.

You will be overseeing 100 consultants, including several Associate Partners.

My clients want to grow their Practice by 25% in the next year. I am looking for a sharp consultant who can:

• Oversee the whole OE suite – incorporating procurement, supply chain, people and change and lean.

• Help clients to design and implement changes to their operating model.

• Team is well placed within their markets, market leaders within health & defence, strong in FS and growing in transport, industrial, manufacturing and public sector.

• Sell collaboratively with market teams as well as independently for Business Consulting.

• Personal sales target of £3m, team will also needs to contribute to the broader business.

• Proposition development: margin improvement/cost reduction – all through changes to operating model.

• Strong leadership aspect to this role – successful candidate will be part of the Business Consulting management team.
