A large and well established consultancy is looking to expand their Business Advisory Department and take on board 2-3 Managers/Senior Managers as well as candidates at Senior Consultant level.

The Requirements:

To apply for this exciting opportunity, you must have:

• Proven experience delivering and leading major IT advisory/ consulting assignments

• Broad knowledge of at least one of the following: Enterprise Architecture, IT Strategy and Governance, Systems Integration and Application Development, IT Service Delivery, IT infrastructure or IT financials

• Programme and project management expertise

• Experience of IT outsourcing, vendor management and IT procurement

• Familiarity with industry standards such as ITIL for Infrastructure, Systems Development Life Cycle methods and COBIT for IT governance

• Experience in at least one of the following topics:

-Experience of transactions (IT Due Diligence and/or IT post merger integration, separation/carve-out assignments)

-Experience in industry at a Managerial level (within an organisation's IT department or on the IT supplier side)

• Flexible with working locations

The role:

• Managing and delivering complex IT Due-diligence, IT carve-outs, post-merger integration and corporate restructuring

• Selling, leading and delivering complex IT Programmes

• Managing key client relationships and expectations

• Delivery and review of reports and other work products in various formats

• Quality and Risk Management

• Team management and coaching

Salary:

£60-£100 dependent on the candidate's competency, skills and level of expertise.
