At Ernst & Young, our Transaction Integration team is now moving to the forefront of the market. As one of the fastest growing parts of the business, we offer our people the opportunity to work directly with clients pre- and post-deal on global transactions that shape the business and finance world.

The Operations Advisory Services (OAS) team support the whole deal lifecycle from initial assessment, operational due diligence, merger integration, carve out/separation, through to post deal value enhancement. The team carry out buy side and sell side engagements during transactions for corporate firms and private equity houses, as well as supporting corporate restructuring.

The team is currently growing and we're recruiting for experienced individuals at the Executive and Senior Executive levels.

Experience/Qualifications

• Deep operations experience

• Experience in re-engineering, turnarounds or business integrations/divestments

• Knowledge of mergers and/or acquisitions transactions

• Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis

• Strong academic record, including a degree
