The company is a major service provider.

  • Develop, evolve and maintain (own) the Business Improvement strategy document
  • Develop, in partnership with the leadership team, the BI KPI's and report out monthly performance v's KPIs
  • Be a leading promotor of company behaviours and ethics within the business.
  • Develop, prioritise and implement future opportunities and or projects for improvement initiatives
  • Engage with the other BI VP's in the group for sharing of ideas, initiatives and actions
  • Provide support, mentoring and advice to the QHSE teams at each site in relation to ISO accreditations, BMS system and Operational Excellence in general
  • Active participation and contribution in the Business Unit Senior Management Team
  • Ensure the business is seen within the industry as providing a quality product and service, delivered on time and in budget and a supplier that the industry regards as "Operational Excellence leaders" and want to partner with
  • A visible champion and driver for Operational Excellence inside of the business
  • Strong global leadership experience
  • Proven strategical planning and out of the box thinking
  • Technical knowledge and or manufacturing exposure and operational experience
  • Excellent communicator and an enthusiastic, flexible self-starter
  • Strong influencer and leader of people, clear track record in managing people, coaching, mentoring and team working. Previous experience of managing a remote team
  • Past experience of either quality programs, LEAN or operational excellence
  • Energetic and passionate
  • Winning mentality
  • Professional or Degree Qualification
  • Green or black belt certified
  • Previous exposure to process/business analytics with the objective of improved performance
