Homebased (extensive travel) Permanent What you become part of: Reporting to the Vice President Supply Chain GB and part of the supply chain leadership team in Great Britain, the successful candidate will be aaccountable for delivery of our key strategic transformational agenda, working across all of end to end GB Supply Chain. What to expect: * Designing and delivering end to end changes and operational improvements across all areas of GB Supply Chain * Supporting and driving the Supply Chain of the Future transformation * Working across the full end to end GB business (cross functionally) * Managing key project communications across the business * Leading process improvements and driving operational efficiencies * Managing complex change agendas Skills & Essentials: * Strong Supply Chain Operational & engineering experience gained within an FMCG environment is essential. * The candidate must be able to demonstrate a deep level of understanding of manufacturing & warehousing/logistics, with a minimum of 5 years leadership experience working in senior roles * Detailed understanding of end to end Supply Chain functions essential including planning and procurement * Financially astute with the ability to interpret and analyse site financial statements in order to identify and drive focused plans to improve cost and efficiency. * Demonstrated ability to design, mobilise and deliver complex change programmes with a balanced approach between speed of results and sustainability of culture change. * Deep knowledge of continuous improvement implementation, and a growth mindset. * Project management experience. * Strong influencing & communication skills * Strong change leadership skills & experience * Ideally led a large strategic change project in the past. * External FMCG supply chain experience highly desirable. * Experience of leading edge Supply Chain methods highly desirable including integrated business planning, demand sensing, manufacturing segmentation, Digital twin, SKU cost analysis & network analysis & optimisation Application If this role is of interest to you please upload a recent copy of your CV and a member of the Talent Acquisition team will be in touch.
