Programme Manager - Global Supply Chain Transformation Programme Circa £72k + Full Benefits Package. Our global client is seeking to secure a seasoned Programme Manager with experience of delivering on Supply Chain Transformation Programmes. The Supply Chain Transformation is a global programme. Technical Skills and Experience: * Programme Management - delivering on Supply Chain Transformation Programmes * Demonstrable experience of estimating programme costs - ensure spending is within the agreed budget/s. Managing large and complex projects and programmes - ideally on a global basis Demonstrable experience and in-depth knowledge of best programme and project practices & standards * Setting the programme plan and vision - providing Programme Management capability * Managing multiple complex work streams with dedicated Project Managers * Portfolio Office / PMO structure - reporting within a structured PMO structure * Delivering Programmes / Projects to Quality, Time & Cost/to Budget * Using Programme Management best practices and methodologies to deliver to deadlines * Programme Managing -risk management, benefits management, financial & quality assurance * Change Management - extensive experience of leading and being an advocate for change - explaining the benefits and need for change, impact assessment, stakeholder management, managing resistance to change, building change capacity, designing and defining roles and responsibilities to deliver change * Excellent analytical and problem solving skills * Collaborative approach to team work * Stakeholder Management/Engagement - experience of delivering programmes within a complex multi-stakeholder environment, combined with organisational awareness * Creative and strategic approach to overcoming obstacles * Strong team leadership and team management or matrix management experience - able mobilise resources and motivate teams * Business requirements collection, combined with process & workflow analysis skills * Excellent communication skills (both written & oral) * Influencer - able to communicate with all levels across a complex and global organisation - influence at all levels of the organisation Must have Cultural awareness - delivering solutions across a global platform Desirable Skills: * Project methodology experience e.g. - PRINCE2, or Programme Management (MSP) and Project Management training (APM or PMI) * Understanding of an Agile / Scrum approach * MBA would be an advantage Benefits Package: 30 days holiday + 8 Statutory Bank Holidays / Generous pension - Employer Contribution up to 13.5%, Season Ticket Loan, Child Care Vouchers, Cycle Loan and Eye Tests.
