We are currently looking to recruit an EMEA Application Services Portfolio Manager.

The EMEA Application Services Portfolio Manager reports to the Regional Director, Portfolio Management and is responsible for service lifecycle management of the Applications. This role is concerned with designing commercially attractive repeatable services and needs to consider not only the functional capability of the service, but also market positioning, competitive differentiation, pricing strategy, commercial packaging, route to market and so on. The Portfolio Manager acts as the voice of the customer/market, and defines the service in customer terms. They are responsible for creating the business case to justify the investment in the service.

The Portfolio Manager acts as the EMEA voice of the customer, CSC voice of application services to European industry analysts, portfolio authority and focal point, setting portfolio-specific goals, defining new / updated services and supporting development and launch to market to achieve business targets. Works with the associated Service Centre to ensure services are launched successfully and continue to meet client needs.

We are looking for candidates with the following;
• Knowledge of tier 1 application services competitors
• Deep and broad understanding of application services (custom and ERP)
• Experience of delivering application services to clients
• Strong communication skills and experienced presenter
• Ability to use own judgment and initiative
• Commercially savvy

The following knowledge / experience would be advantageous:
• Role experience as an application architect
• Knowledge of ERP applications (SAP and Oracle)
