As a Business Change Consultant you will need:
• Excellent client relationship and influencing skills, a passion for helping clients derive business value from their investment and have the ability to develop strong networks internally and within client organisations
• A proven track record of successful implementation of transformational change as defined above
You will have a deep knowledge of one or more of the following areas of specialist expertise
• Business process analysis, improvement, re-engineering and design
• Business Architecture
• Complex change programme management
• People transformation and organization change management
The successful candidates will be required to be fully mobile within CSC UK. This may involve consulting assignments where individuals are required to be on assignment and away from home up to 4 nights per week.
