The Position:

As a successful candidate joining this dynamic team, you will be responsible for maintaining trusting relationships with existing clients as well as driving new business, to create strong and lasting relationships with potential clients. Alongside this, you may be required to assist in sourcing, scheduling and nurturing of candidates throughout their interview process. The Successful Candidate:

The successful candidate will possess 2-4 years recruitment experience and ideally with either a financial services or consulting background. The ideal candidate will posses a degree of a 2.1 classification or above along with strong inter-personal and communication skills. The successful candidate must be driven, friendly, determined, hard working and have a passion to be heavily involved in the expansion of the company. You will also have the opportunity to develop your own team. This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody potentially from a larger recruitment company who is looking for the opportunity to have more responsibility and play a more important role within a smaller, successful and fast growing team. We will also be open to applications from people with a managing consulting background looking for a career change.
