Key Responsibilities of Senior Manager - Change Delivery

  • Ownership of individual change projects within the Business Change and/or SIMOps portfolio
  • Work with stakeholders at all levels to identify, analyse and document business requirements
  • Engagement with business representatives and Technology on systems implementation initiatives
  • Representation of stakeholders views and requirements within broader project teams
  • Liaison with project managers and other departments
  • Ensure that projects identify, communicate and manage risks
  • Coordinate with other change delivery teams

Essential skills of Senior Manager - Change Delivery

  • Strong project management skills gained in a change management environment
  • Strong business analysis and problem solving experience
  • Experience in a UK Retail Platform Operations or Transfer Agency environment and an understanding of the UK Fund distribution market
  • Ability to develop successful working relationships in support of individual initiatives across Global Distribution Operations
  • Ability to document clear business requirements and outcomes
  • Ability to challenge and question key stakeholders
