As part of the Projects Team you will be responsible for the successful delivery of changes to all relevant ICT services within a fast-paced environment. This will involve business/change requests, mandatory Industry changes and fixes for multiple software systems used throughout the Company. You will be required to liaise with a variety of stakeholders within the business and multiple 3rd parties.


  • Negotiate, plan and manage release activities
  • Measure and monitor progress to ensure releases are delivered on time and within budget and that they meet or exceed expectations
  • Manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams at different locations
  • Manage risks and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality
  • Provide the relevant management information relating to all changes and releases
  • Delivering business messages professionally to the appropriate staff when required
  • Lead and co-ordinate the Go-Live activities including the execution of the deployment plans and checklists.
  • Evaluate and ensure user readiness
  • Manage stakeholders
  • Maintain a release calendar, release repository and manages key information such as build and release procedures, dependencies and notification lists
  • Track and report issues
  • Support change management at the organisational level
  • Manage the change portfolio
  • Recommend and implement improvements to ensure efficient and cost-effective processes


  • At least two years' experience in a release management or change management role
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
  • Able to work effectively at all levels in an organisation
  • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
