Strategic Asset Manager (6 Months FTC - Maternity Cover)
Salary range: £51,727 - £58,217 per annum (pro-rata) + Excellent Benefits
Hours: 36.5 hours per week (6 Months FTC)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Strategic Asset Manager to lead our Asset Management team in promoting the principles of Asset and Environmental Management across the business, and to be accountable for the day to day management of the head office building at 16 Summer Lane.

As an important contributor in delivering our challenging agenda, we now have an opportunity for a Workspace Development Manager. The post holder will be responsible for the proactive delivery of an effective workspace for staff, partners and visitors to our head office building at 16 Summer Lane.

About the role
This role requires a proactive, confident individual with strong communication skills and an in depth knowledge of asset, facility and risk management who will be able to engage with stakeholders across the business to promote the principles of Asset and Environmental Management. They will also be responsible for ensuring that the head office building continues to evolve to remain fit for purpose, and to ensure that asset data and vacant land assets are effectively managed.

Reporting to the Head of Governance with five direct reports, and working within the Governance team forming part of the Corporate Services Directorate, the successful applicant will ensure that the team is effectively lead and supported during a period of growth and development across the company.
