This is an exciting opportunity to join a world-leading business. We believe in nurturing future leadership talent to secure the future of the business and provide you with a great start to your career.

The programme is designed to give you input, enabling you to make your own choices and deliver a personalised experience. You will gain a broad view of our organisation, experiencing different business streams and global shared services. It also provides the opportunity to network with key stakeholders to promote and accelerate your future career path.

The Programme will run as an internal consultancy model whereby you will be working on projects. This means you will be given accountability for project deliverables and you will make a real contribution to the business.

To make sure you get maximum value, we will ensure that you receive a range of experience across the business.

About you:

Because you won't be the type of person who wants to follow a pre-destined path, you will need to be resourceful, able to challenge and question and not be deterred by setbacks or ambiguity. A self-starter, willing to take responsibility for your own development. It will be up to you to make the most of each assignment so you must have a collaborative approach to work and an adaptable and resourceful nature.

You won't be expected to know which area you want to specialise in now but by the end of the 15 months, you will have gained experience in different business areas to assist you in planning your future career.

The opportunity and support to develop your skills will be provided throughout the duration of the programme. Support will be provided by your line manager, a mentor, recent graduates and our Head of Learning and Development.
